Our customer experience team provides the majority of our support via email or contact form. That said, we try to respond to urgent issues within a matter of minutes, and the team is constantly monitoring messages we receive from customers. Handy is available in most major areas in Dubai, UAE, and we’re always expanding.
We know you’re busy, so the hours available on the platform are as wide as possible. Professionals can arrive as early at 8 a.m. and finish as late as 7 p.m.
If you’re not happy, we’re not happy.
We aim for our service to surpass every standard, and if you’re in any way dissatisfied, we’re going to make it right. If your booking didn’t live up to our promise, we’ll send another professional to set everything straight. Alternatively, we will refund your account with credits in the amount of your booking or, at your request, issue the refund to you. Please note that claims regarding service need to be filed within 72 hours of the booking in question.
Reschedule or cancel a day in advance for free.
First, it’s important to know that you can reschedule or cancel any booking for free with at least 24 hours notice.
That said, rescheduling, or cancelling a booking with short notice can cause our team to lose valuable work. If you make a change to a booking within 24 hours, but with at least two hours to go, you’ll be charged a fee.
If it gets down to the wire, and you need to skip or cancel within two hours, you’ll be charged the full price of the booking. You can’t reschedule a booking with less than two hours until the start time.
Whether or not you’re home during your booking is up to you! When you make a booking, you’ll be prompted to give your professional entry instructions. If you have a doorman or can hide a key somewhere, there’s no need for you to be home. Or, feel free to stick around during the booking. Whatever you’re most comfortable with is fine.
You can make a booking on the webpage. We’ll collect a few personal details (like your name and phone number), your address (to find your home). After that, we’ll send a confirmation email!
To get a quote, simply start making a booking. Once we know some details about your needs, we’ll show you the price. Keep in mind that bookings carry a two hour minimum.
If you’re not happy, we’re not happy.
We’re sorry to hear that our service didn’t live up to your expectations. We set high standards, and all of our cleaners are meant to provide quality service. If you’d like, you can also reach out to our customer experience team to explain the issue in detail.
All of our services are billed hourly, and there’s a two hour minimum. Depending on the size of the job, it’ll take more time.
To get an estimate, select the service you need by making a new booking and follow the instructions. You’ll be given an estimate based on the details of your job before checking out.
Our team will come equipped with all of the tools they’ll need to get the job done, along with basic supplies. If the work will require purchase additional materials, the cost will be added to your final invoice.
